for those who want...

More influence.
More visibility.
More of the right opportunities.

Brand materials get you ready for the moment someone reads about you. Thought leadership creates more of those moments. Whether your brand starts with The Base or The Summit, a consistent point of view in the world is what turns a strong profile into inbound — the speaking invitations, the board introductions, the press features, and the conversations that start because someone read your latest piece.

I have had the privilege of working with Kate Allinson of ELO Branding for several years, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, creativity and expertise, Kate is a truly talented branding and communications professional whose ability to translate vision into reality is unmatched. She brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to every relationship, combining exceptional insights to ensure messaging is both compelling and impactful.

Kate is strategic, authentic, and builds meaningful connections with her clients. She is more than a creative force; she is a trusted partner - collaborative, insightful, and fully committed to excellence.

Month 1: Discovery

We start with a long conversation (sometimes two ) to surface what's already in your head but hasn't made it onto the page. What you think, what you've been noticing in your industry, what topics you feel most passionate about.

Then we run peer 360 reviews with three people who know your work. They tell us how you're perceived, what they associate you with, and where they see white space you could claim. This is where we discover your thought leadership territory.

Month 2: Strategy

Month 3: Content

Our team of writers are qualified journalists and copywriters ghostwrite in your voice. LinkedIn posts at a consistent cadence, longer-form pieces when a topic warrants it. Bylined articles for trade publications and tier-1 media. Talking points for keynote and panel appearances.  Every piece runs through you before it runs into the world. We don't post on autopilot, we don't use AI, and we don't write things you wouldn't say.
We define your thought leadership thesis: the point of view only you can credibly hold. From there, we map 3-5 content territories you'll own publicly. We choose the platforms that fit your goals (LinkedIn always, plus combinations of trade media, podcasts, op-eds, and keynote stages). We set a cadence that won't burn you out and won't go silent.

We wrap up Phase 2 with a clear plan, an agreed content calendar, and a sense of what you're saying yes and no to for the next twelve months. Note: we take care of all the writing and posting.

Month 4: Amplify

We pitch you into the conversations  with media features, speaking slots, podcast appearances, op-ed placements. We introduce you to journalists, programmers, and producers who cover your territory. We make sure the work travels beyond your own feed.
Note: not everyone is 'media worthy', and we are honest upfront if we feel it will be  a challenge and can pivot into other avenues to grow your brand.

Month 5: Review

We measure what's landing including engagement, follower growth, inbound conversations, real opportunities created. We refine the territory, the voice, and the rhythm based on what's working. Thought leadership compounds, but only when someone's paying attention to the compound interest.
